WARRANTY TERMS

1. All parts of the product, including the entire unit, are covered by our company’s warranty against defects arising from design, material, and workmanship.

2. In the event that the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent in repair shall be added to the warranty period. The maximum repair time for the product is 30 working days. This period begins from the date the malfunction is reported to the service station, or, if no service station is available, to one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer. If the malfunction of an industrial product is not resolved within 15 working days, the manufacturer or importer is obliged to allocate another industrial product with similar features for the consumer’s use until the repair is completed.

3. If the product fails within the warranty period due to material, workmanship, or assembly faults, the repair shall be carried out free of charge, without claiming any fee under any name such as labor cost, replaced part cost, or any other charge.

4. The product shall be replaced free of charge in the following cases: If, within one year from the delivery date and within the warranty period, the same malfunction occurs more than twice or different malfunctions occur more than four times, resulting in continuous inability to benefit from the product; If the maximum repair period is exceeded; If, in the absence of a service station, it is determined by a report issued by one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer that the repair of the malfunction is not possible.

5. Failures arising from use contrary to the instructions stated in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

6. For any disputes that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, application may be made to the General Directorate for the Protection of Consumers and Competition under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
