At BATEL, we incorporate sustainability into every stage from design to production and delivery. We emphasize responsible innovation and operational excellence, reflecting this approach in all our processes, from product engineering to our social contributions. We are inspired by best practices, but develop solutions that fit our scale and reality. 1. Objective

This policy sets out BATEL's commitment to long-term sustainable growth and responsible business conduct. It provides a clear and workable framework to integrate sustainability at all levels of the company. We chart our path in five key areas: climate action, resource efficiency, social responsibility, ethical governance and innovation. In this way, we contribute to the EU Green Deal targets, Turkey's Green Development Strategy and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

2. Scope

This policy covers all BATEL employees, suppliers, subcontractors and business partners. We see sustainability as a shared responsibility embedded in daily operations, planning and decision-making. Our commitment extends to our entire supply chain and all the regions in which we operate, ensuring that our products, processes and business relationships comply with both international expectations and local conditions.

3. Responsibilities

This document is used as the main reference for all sustainability-related decision-making processes at BATEL. Responsibility for implementation lies with management and is supported by all teams. Management approves sustainability goals and programs, integrates them into operations and ensures that processes are aligned with the issues, themes and targets set. We update our strategy in line with Turkish and EU regulations and environmental developments, and cooperate with relevant institutions for regulatory compliance.
