For this reason, we believe that our strategic suppliers BATEL Code of Ethics’We demand that they formally adhere to the principles set out in the 'Code of Conduct'. We reflect this approach holistically in all business decisions and operational processes.
Our Code of Ethics defines the professional and ethical standards we expect from our suppliers in areas such as respect for labor, environmental responsibility, anti-corruption and data privacy. It is an integral part of our procurement policy and is included in contracts. We also support the dissemination of these standards within suppliers' own ecosystems, thus encouraging second and third level business partners to act in line with BATEL's sustainability goals.
