WARRANTY TERMS

1. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and is 2 years. The service life is 10 years.

2. All of the goods, including all parts of the goods, are covered by our company's warranty against design, material and workmanship defects.

3. In case of failure of the goods within the warranty period, the time spent in repair shall be added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods is maximum 30 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the goods to the service station, in the absence of a service station, to one of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer of the goods. If the malfunction of the industrial good is not fixed within 15 working days, the manufacturer or importer; until the repair of the goods is completed; must allocate another industrial good with similar characteristics to the use of the consumer.

4. In the event that the goods fail within the warranty period due to defects in materials and workmanship or assembly, they shall be repaired without any charge under the name of labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.

5. Your property;

- Continuous inability to use the goods as a result of more than two repetitions of the same malfunction or more than four occurrences of different malfunctions within one year, provided that they remain within the warranty period from the date of delivery,

- Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,

- In the absence of a service station, if it is determined that it is not possible to repair the malfunction with the report to be issued by one of the dealer, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer, respectively, replacement will be made free of charge.

6. Malfunctions caused by use contrary to the points in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

7. For problems that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, the Ministry of Industry and Trade General Directorate for the Protection of Consumers and Competition can be applied to.
