Genel \u0130lkeler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Batel Etik \u0130lkeleri, \u015eirket i\u00e7i ili\u015fkilerin ve \u015eirket ve t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n; m\u00fc\u015fteriler, tedarik\u00e7iler ve di\u011fer menfaat sahipleri ile olan ili\u015fkilerinin d\u00fczenlenmesi, hizmet kalitesinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kaynaklar\u0131n etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve haks\u0131z rekabetin \u00f6nlenmesi konular\u0131nda etkinli\u011fin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla olu\u015fturulmu\u015f vazge\u00e7ilmez kurallar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Etik Kurallar\u0131n Kapsam\u0131<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Batel Etik Kurallar\u0131, \u015firketimizin t\u00fcm operasyonlar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z ve y\u00f6neticilerimizden beklenen etik davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 tan\u0131mlar. Bu belge, Batel Elektromekanik ile do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 olarak ili\u015fkili t\u00fcm birimler i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Batel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve kurum ad\u0131na temsilen hareket edenlere, g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirirken verecekleri kararlar ve g\u00f6sterecekleri davran\u0131\u015flarda yasalara ve i\u015f eti\u011fine uygun hareket edilmesi konusunda yol g\u00f6sterici olunmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck ayn\u0131 zamanda do\u011fru i\u015f yapma ve g\u00fcvenilir olmay\u0131 da i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">4. Yasalara ve D\u00fczenlemelere Uyum<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerde ge\u00e7erli yasa, y\u00f6netmelik, anla\u015fma, s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve ticari uygulamalara tam olarak uymaktay\u0131z. Buna yerel i\u015f kanunlar\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 ticaret d\u00fczenlemeleri, g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131 ve \u00e7evre mevzuat\u0131 dahildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Beklenen Davran\u0131\u015flar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u2022 G\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklarla ilgili yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evenin fark\u0131nda olunmas\u0131 ve buna uygun hareket edilmesi \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u2022 BATEL\u2019in hukuki, mali ya da itibar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk olu\u015fturabilecek durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na gerekli \u00f6zenin g\u00f6sterilmesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">5. Bilgi Y\u00f6netimi<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">T\u00fcm hassas ve \u015firketimize ait bilgilerin gizlili\u011fini, b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve yetkili eri\u015fimini korumaktay\u0131z. Buna; \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirme projeleri, stratejik i\u015f planlar\u0131, fiyatland\u0131rma yap\u0131lar\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri verileri ve i\u00e7 mali raporlar dahildir. Batel i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, m\u00fc\u015fterilerin, tedarik\u00e7ilerin ve di\u011fer payda\u015flar\u0131n \u00f6zel ve gizli bilgilerinin korunmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131makta olup bu bilgilerin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slarla onaylar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilmemektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Beklenen Davran\u0131\u015flar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">a) Gizli bilgilerin korunmas\u0131na dikkat edilmesi ve yaln\u0131zca yetkilendirilmi\u015f ki\u015filerin eri\u015fimine a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">b) Gizli bilgilerin, yasal izin veya a\u00e7\u0131k yetki olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmamas\u0131, payla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131klanmamas\u0131 uygun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">c) Ki\u015fisel verilerin \u00f6zenle i\u015flenmesi ve sadece i\u015f gereklili\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 esast\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">d) Gizli bilgilerin ki\u015fisel \u00e7\u0131karlar veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflar\u0131n yarar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">e) Kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k ya da g\u00fcvenli olmayan ortamlarda gizli konular\u0131n konu\u015fulmas\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">f) BATEL veya ili\u015fkili ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda yanl\u0131\u015f ya da yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 i\u00e7erik \u00fcretilmemesi, yay\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve payla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">6. M\u00fc\u015fteriler, Tedarik\u00e7iler ve Di\u011fer Payda\u015flarla \u0130li\u015fkiler<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u015eirket m\u00fc\u015fterileri, tedarik\u00e7ileri ve di\u011fer payda\u015flarla \u00f6zel i\u015f ili\u015fkisine girilemez, ki\u015fisel ama\u00e7l\u0131 bor\u00e7 para\/mal al\u0131namaz ve m\u00fc\u015fteriye, tedarik\u00e7iye ve di\u011fer payda\u015flara \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 para\/mal verilemez. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fteriden, tedarik\u00e7iden ve di\u011fer payda\u015flardan de\u011ferinin \u00e7ok alt\u0131nda ya da hi\u00e7 bedel \u00f6denmeksizin ki\u015fisel mal ya da hizmet sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar temini olarak de\u011ferlendirilir ve i\u015fe son vermeyi gerektirir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">7. \u0130leti\u015fim<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u015eeffaf, sorumlu ve sayg\u0131l\u0131 ileti\u015fimi \u00f6nemseriz. Kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k veya medya ile ili\u015fkili durumlarda Batel ad\u0131na yaln\u0131zca yetkilendirilmi\u015f ki\u015filer konu\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Beklenen Davran\u0131\u015flar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">a) Medya veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf taleplerine yan\u0131t verirken Batel\u2019in resmi a\u00e7\u0131klama prosed\u00fcrlerine uyum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">b) A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a yetkilendirilmedik\u00e7e, \u015firketi kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k veya resmi bir kapasitede temsil etmeme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">8. Sosyal Medya<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Batel Elektromekanik olarak ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sayg\u0131 duyuyoruz. Ancak, ekip \u00fcyelerimizin sayg\u0131l\u0131, dengeli ve sa\u011fduyulu bir \u015fekilde ileti\u015fim kurmas\u0131n\u0131; Batel\u2019in veya \u015firketle ili\u015fkili herhangi bir ki\u015finin imaj\u0131na zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde davranmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Beklenen Davran\u0131\u015flar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 a) BATEL\u2019in itibar\u0131n\u0131 zedeleyebilecek bilgi, g\u00f6rsel veya olaylar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 ya da payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 b) BATEL\u2019e ait logo, k\u0131yafet, promosyon \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc veya benzeri g\u00f6rsel unsurlar\u0131n, markaya uygun olmayan ya da izin al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerde kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 beklenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 c) \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara ya da di\u011fer ki\u015filere ait g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, yorum veya i\u00e7eriklerin \u2014 \u00f6zellikle BATEL\u2019in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 ve faaliyetleriyle ilgiliyse \u2014 \u00f6nceden gerekli onaylar al\u0131nmadan payla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 uygun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">9. \u015eirket M\u00fclkiyeti<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">T\u00fcm \u015firket varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u2014 maddi veya manevi \u2014 koruma, uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fck ve verimlilik amac\u0131yla sorumlu, etik ve etkili \u015fekilde kullanmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Beklenen Davran\u0131\u015flar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 a) \u015eirket varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zenli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na, zarar, israf ve kay\u0131plar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine dikkat edilmesi \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 b) BATEL\u2019e ait t\u00fcm fikri m\u00fclkiyet unsurlar\u0131na \u2014 teknik \u00e7izimler, tablolar, i\u00e7 dok\u00fcmanlar, prosed\u00fcrler, yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar ve ticari markalar dahil \u2014 tescilli olsun ya da olmas\u0131n sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmesi beklenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 c) BATEL\u2019e ait malzeme, ekipman veya kurumsal kimlik unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n ki\u015fisel ama\u00e7larla ya da \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n yarar\u0131na kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 d) BATEL varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k, doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ya da izinsiz kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik durumlar\u0131n fark edilmesi halinde, konunun s\u00fcratle bildirilmesi uygun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d76c4;\">10. Yolsuzluk ve Kara Para Aklama<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Batel olarak, yolsuzluk ve kara para aklama konular\u0131nda s\u0131f\u0131r tolerans politikas\u0131 izliyoruz. \u0130\u015f faaliyetlerinde r\u00fc\u015fvet, uygunsuz avantaj veya etik d\u0131\u015f\u0131 te\u015fvik i\u00e7eren t\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131 kesin olarak reddediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Beklenen Davran\u0131\u015flar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00b7 a) Ki\u015fisel ya da BATEL ad\u0131na etik standartlar\u0131 zedeleyebilecek hediye, ayr\u0131cal\u0131k veya uygunsuz avantajlar\u0131n talep edilmemesi ya da kabul edilmemesi esast\u0131r. \u015eirket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri\/ta\u015feron\/tedarik\u00e7i ve \u015eirket\u2019in ticari ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu di\u011fer firma ve ki\u015filerden hediye talep edemez, imada bulunamaz; \u015eirketi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck alt\u0131na sokacak hi\u00e7bir hediye, para, \u00e7ek, m\u00fclk, bedava tatil, \u00f6zel indirimler kabul edemez. Y\u0131lba\u015flar\u0131nda al\u0131nan ajanda, \u00e7i\u00e7ek, \u00e7ikolata gibi hediyeler bu kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu durumdaki hediyelerin de\u011feri 500 TL\u2019yi ge\u00e7emez. Bu rakam her y\u0131l g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilip, gerekli ise enflasyon oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131labilir. Bir i\u015f ili\u015fkisinin g\u00f6stergesi olarak \u00fczeri yaz\u0131l\u0131 plaket ya da heykel gibi sembolik de\u011feri olan hediyeler verilebilir ve kabul edilebilir.
