Through the Batel Green Transformation Program (BGTP), we invest in forward-looking technologies aligned with global climate ambitions.\nOur initiatives span a broad range of areas\u2014from SF\u2086-free power distribution solutions to energy-efficient products and operational practices that enhance environmental performance.\nBy reducing emissions across our operations and supporting our customers in their own sustainability journeys, we contribute to a more resilient and sustainable future\u2014both in T\u00fcrkiye and around the world. From Baseline to Net Zero: Our 2024 Commitment<\/span><\/span><\/h1><\/header>

As part of our net-zero journey, we have identified the activities with the greatest impact on our greenhouse gas emissions and prioritized targeted improvement initiatives. Through cleaner production technologies, enhanced energy efficiency, and increased use of renewable energy, we are driving measurable progress across our operations.\nOur decarbonization strategy is built on internationally recognized methodologies and aligned with the objectives of the Paris Agreement. Using 2024 as our baseline year, we have established clear medium- and long-term targets to guide our transition to a low-carbon future.\n\n2030 Target: Achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions relative to our 2024 baseline.\n\nThese targets have been developed in accordance with ISO 14064-1 and the GHG Protocol. Our inaugural 2024 Corporate Carbon Footprint Report will serve as the benchmark against which our future performance and progress will be measured.<\/p>\n

\nOur carbon reduction strategy is based on internationally recognized methodologies and is aligned with the Paris Agreement's targets to limit global temperature rise. Accordingly, we have set medium and long-term targets based on 2024.<\/p>\n

Annual reporting is made to include all main greenhouse gases within the scope of TS EN ISO 14064-1:2019 standard and GHG Protocol. In this way, progress is measured according to the base year 2024.<\/p>\n

A dedicated GHG Management Team coordinates data collection, reduction projects and inter-departmental follow-up.<\/p>\n
